Nature, patience and handwork
Every fleece is naturally unique in tone, length and texture. Our makers select, arrange and join the fleeces one by one into a layered whole — from serene off-white rugs to rich melanges in warm earth tones.
On the back of every rug you will find our golden thread: the signature by which you recognise a real Monroe, and proof of the strongest stitching method in our trade. Available in standard sizes or fully made to measure.

Ecologically tanned
Icelandic, English and Albanian sheepskins, ecologically tanned. Natural differences in tone and texture make every piece unique.

Assembled by hand
Every fleece is chosen for colour and texture and assembled by hand into a rug, in standard sizes or made to measure.

For your shop or project
For interior shops, architects and projects: patchwork rugs in standard sizes or made to measure, single sheepskins and cowhides. Colours range from off-white and white Icelandic through melange to camel and light brown. As a partner you order at partner prices from €250 excl. VAT. Custom work takes 2 to 4 weeks and is paid in advance. Want to see and feel the sheepskins first? You are welcome in our shop at Dumortierlaan 115 in Knokke-Heist.
