The red-and-white speckled barrel is one of the most distinctive pieces in the OSCAR Barrel line — a mouth-blown barrel with red-and-white speckles, filled with the Penelope Christmas scent. Each jar is unique due to the mouth-blowing process: the distribution of red, glass thickness, and speckle size vary from piece to piece.
